Talks take place on Thursday afternoons, starting at 2pm, and usually take place in the Lecture Hall, Rewley House, 1 Wellington Square, Oxford OX1 2JA. These are free for Oxford u3a members but you are welcome to attend as a guest for a donation of £5 (£2 for members of all other U3As).
Most talks are recorded on Zoom for the benefit of those Oxford u3a members who are unable to attend Rewley House.

Louise Dearnley – The Rhodes Trust in the 21st Century

Louise Dearnley is the Deputy Warden for Selection and Scholar Affairs at the Rhodes Trust. In this role, Louise is responsible for the arc of the Rhodes Scholar experience – leading the teams doing global outreach, selection, Scholar Programming and Scholar Affairs.
Prior to her time at the Rhodes Trust, Louise spent 20 years in the private sector working for IBM, Deutsche Bank, GE and the Metro Group. She has worked in risk management, sustainability and marketing, whilst always making time for her passion of coaching young potentials in leadership practices.
Louise holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from St Hilda’s College, Oxford.
